Google caches every indexed page that shows up on the search, you just have to click on the arrow and select "Cache" to see it.
The advantage over Wayback Machine (web.archive.org, 网站时光机) is that Google crawls many more pages than the Wayback Machine.

It is not possible however to see old caches, therefore you have to archive the Google caches with Wayback Machine (web.archive.org, 网站时光机) if you find anything interesting in them to not lose it:
